Thank you for your interest in our services! Below you will find a few quick steps to complete before your first massage with us. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to call us.
- Download our medical release form here. If you are not prompted to save the file, right-click on the image and select "Save picture as...". This document is required prior to your first massage in order to give your therapist an idea of any potential medical issues that could be affected by massage. Massage is a powerful tool and care must be taken in order to prevent any harm to you. Our clients are our #1 concern, so we do all that we can to safely make you feel better!

- Contact us to overview your current massage needs, including "trouble spots" and anything we can do to customize your massage. We will then determine which service will best aid in your healing and schedule an appointment with you. New clients receive $10 off of their first service!
- Relax and enjoy the most beneficial massage you will ever receive!
- At the end of your massage, your therapist will discuss the post-massage procedures. In most cases, additional massages are necessary to correct problems and prevent thier re-occurrence. Your therapist will suggest a reasonable regiment of massage to do just that.
